I accidentally found this spot a few years ago and since then I always looked forward to visiting here again. It's at River Oaks around the wealthy neighborhood. It's so nice that they put up these beautiful lights for people to enjoy.
When you visit here, you will see many people coming, it reminds me of a festival of some sort. The traffic can be pretty bad there, so I would suggest you park your car a block or two away on the other side of the traffic light and walk there instead. Maybe bring a hot chocolate with you while walking around and enjoy this beautiful neighborhood.
